4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping times and rates are listed in our Shipping Policy. Once shipped, the risk of product loss or damage transfers to the customer. Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All return requests must be submitted via our official email. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
